Carla Abellana’s condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell has been listed for sale since last year.  Located in Pasig, the unit was initially priced at 14 million that was eventually slashed to 12 million.  The price was further lowered and currently sold at 11.3 million which is way below its market value as the property comes with complete furnishing with Carla in her post saying that everything you see in her condo unit as well as a parking lot stated to cost 1 million alone is also inclusive of the price. 

The listing even states that the price is still negotiable and even comes with flexible options.
