Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada's Family Home Up For Sale
Few weeks after Daniel Padilla’s Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 was put up for sale by F2A Cars on Facebook Marketplace priced at 6.5M and was bought by “Tito Paldo” from Angeles, Pampanga, he together with his mom Karla also put up for sale his 2-storey house in Quezon City. The property was originally posted on Instagram by Realtor Mike Adonis on December 5, 2023.
Daniel purchased this Mediterranean home as a gift for his mom and it was said to be her “dream home,” as it was the first luxurious property she owned since entering the entertainment industry. Although, in a vlog uploaded on YouTube on January 17, 2024, Ogie Diaz said Karla wanted to sell the house “kasi gusto nang lumipat ni Karla sa bandang south.”
Mike Adonis’ post includes the details and asking price for the property amounting to PHP50 million. It comes with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a car garage that can accommodate five to six vehicles.
Also, additional features include a spacious living area, dining area, main kitchen, porch, lanai, grand staircase, master bedroom walk-in closet, breakfast nook, auxiliary kitchen, laundry and service area, electric room, storage room, balcony, maid’s room, and driver’s room.
