Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao’s Forbes Park Zen Inspired mansion is a 3-storey property that sits on a 2,000 sqm lot. The mirrored L shaped structure of the house has a floor area of 1,525 sqm. consisting of 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and other luxurious amenities. The master’s bedroom is the biggest room of all and reminds us of a luxury hotel suite for its furniture and details. Both husband and wife have their own separate walk-in closets. Their mansion also features a movie theater and personal office space for Manny. The dining and kitchen area, which is Jinkee’s favorite part of the house, has a small elevator for delivering food on the upper floors.
It also has a four car garage and an outside pool that we particularly like. The pool is designed to be half indoor and half outdoor making it usable in any kind of weather. The indoor area of the pool extends to an ante room with glass panels and wood architecture that is also used as a receiving area for the guests.

The mansion was purchased by Manny for Php388M in cash in 2011 and it was first reported to be up for sale in 2014 following a complaint from their neighbors regarding their guests who are poorly dressed according to the high-end village’s standards. It is currently listed in Presello.com with its current selling price of Php2.3B.
