Enrique Gil’s Beach House in Batangas was one of the few celebrity owned properties that was listed for sale early this year. The property was previously listed for Php80M in Lamudi, however upon checking, the listing seemed to be currently deactivated. Nonetheless, we look up their previous video tour of the place and we find a lot of interesting details of the property.

The 5-storey beach house was built on a 1500 sqm lot right on a beach front which provides a perfect view of the sea and mountains.  In their video, it seemed obvious that they put much consideration to family bondings with their entertainment area that consists of billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey, basketball court and a lot of stuff used for water activities strewn all over the place like the sea scooter, crystal kayak, wakeboard, water skis and inflatables.  We were also shown their mom’s wall murals which she made herself.  The 2nd floor is where the bar area and an outdoor pool is located which also provides a great view of the sea and mountains.
