Is the Philippines open for travel?

Filipino and foreign nationals are allowed entry in the Philippines as long as they comply with the Travel Requirements (below) set upon by the Philippine Government Agencies and subject to basic safety protocols for Covid-19:

Requirements for travel

Basic Requirements for Travel:

  • 1.  Full Vaccination except for children under 12 years of age traveling with fully-vaccinated parents/guardians
  • 2.  Valid Proof of Vaccination / Vaccination Card
  • 3.  Present Negative RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight (48) hours, or negative laboratory based Antigen Test taken within twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure from country of origin/first port of embarkation
  • 4.  Passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry
  • 5.  Valid Onward/Return Ticket to port of origin or next port of destination

  • Overseas Workers Welfare
  • Administration (OWWA) for land-based OFWs
  • Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) for seafarers
  • Department of Tourism for non-OFWs
