Last April 12, 2021, we attended the launching of structure building for Rockwell’s Nara Residences here in Bacolod.  Rockwell is arguably the most respected and trusted luxury condominium developer in Metro Manila. Unit owners seem to agree.

The event opened with the traditional concrete pouring which was attended by the owner/shareholders and guests.

We see this great opportunity for those who are planning to move in the city or invest in Real Estate here in Bacolod.   While SMDC and Megaworld’s condominium prices start at above P150,000 per square meter, Rockwell is at P137,000 per square meters which is 10% less expenditure or 10% more savings to the investor whichever way you look at it, at the same time having the same competitive value of the property as with other high-end residences.  

The price of Rockwell’s Nara Residence unit starts at 4.5M for studio type with 13.5M as the highest price for their 3-bedroom unit.  It is reasonably priced considering the  potential increase of its market value per annum which was reportedly higher by 2.1-percent this year 2021-2022 according to Colliers, not to mention Rockwell’s signature lifestyle of exclusivity and convenience in addition to its promising location with the development of roads and the rise of several business establishments in the surrounding area.
